Privacy notice.

This notice describes how Orrenmark Capital Management, LLC (“Orrenmark”) handles information collected through orrenmark.com.

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you provide. When an invited party signs in to view the development slate, we record the name associated with the access code, the time of access and the network address used, and the slate materials are marked with the viewer’s name. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request, such as network address, browser type and the page requested.

How we use it. We use contact information only to respond to your enquiry. We use slate access records only to protect confidential material and to enforce the terms under which it was shared. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it. Messages are delivered to us through Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Each processes information on our behalf to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets a single cookie, which keeps an invited party signed in to the slate. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not track visitors across other websites. Because we do not track visitors, our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Retention. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and slate access records for two years.

Your choices. You may ask to review, correct or delete information you have provided by writing to privacy@orrenmark.com. If we change this notice, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
